Jumbo Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Havio Health AB, org. no. 559430-1250, Birger Jarlsgatan 57C, 113 56 Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us") for using the Jumbo mobile app. You accept them in the app before you start. Questions: hello@haviohealth.com.

1. What Jumbo is

Jumbo is a companion for living with Long COVID. It is a tool to help you capture how you feel in your own words, notice what affects your energy, and follow the long-term trajectory of your health — so you can see patterns and progress you might otherwise miss.

2. What Jumbo is not

JUMBO DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. DO NOT USE JUMBO FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES.

  • We are not a healthcare provider, and using Jumbo does not create a doctor-patient or any other healthcare relationship.
  • Anything Jumbo shows you — replies, summaries, cards, scores — is general self-management information, not a substitute for a qualified professional's assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, treatment, or medication — and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in Jumbo.
  • Jumbo is not for emergencies. If you are in a medical emergency or crisis, call 112 (in the EU) or your local emergency number, or contact your doctor immediately.

3. AI-generated content

Jumbo's replies and summaries are generated by artificial intelligence based on patterns in what you share. AI is not perfect:

  • Output can be inaccurate or incomplete — even when it sounds detailed, specific, and confident.
  • AI content is informational only. It is never a decision about you, and it is not medical advice (see §2).
  • Jumbo works best when what you log is accurate; you are responsible for what you enter and for how you act on what Jumbo reflects back.

4. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jumbo. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in access to yourself — your account is personal and may not be shared or transferred. You agree to use Jumbo lawfully and not to interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' data or our systems.

5. Your content

Everything you share in Jumbo stays yours. You give us permission to process it solely to provide and operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy — including processing by the service providers named there. We never use your content for advertising and never sell it.

6. Our content

The Jumbo app, its design, brand, and software are ours (or our licensors'). You may use them only as part of using the service.

7. Availability and changes to the service

Jumbo is currently provided free of charge, "as available." We are actively developing it and may change, add, or remove features for valid reasons (improving the service, security, legal requirements). If a change significantly disadvantages you, we will notify you in the app or by email, and you can always stop using Jumbo and delete your account. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital services.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Otherwise, since Jumbo is a free self-management tool: we are liable only for foreseeable direct damage caused by our breach of these terms, and not for damage resulting from decisions you make based on informational content in the app (see §2–3), or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Jumbo and delete your account at any time, with immediate effect, in the app (Me → Delete account) — deletion permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, normally after notice and a chance to remedy — immediately in cases of serious abuse or threats to the security of the service.

10. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes are resolved by the Swedish courts; as a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your home country's courts.

If you're unhappy with something, contact us first at hello@haviohealth.com — we want to fix it. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).

11. Changes to these terms

When we materially change these terms, we will show you the new version in the app and ask for your agreement before you continue. The date at the top always shows the current version.
