Havio Care Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026 · English master draft for review — a Swedish version is published alongside this one.
Havio Care uses cookies and similar technologies (together, "cookies" — including web storage and pixel-free page measurement) on our website. This policy explains which cookies we use, why, and the choices you have. How we handle personal data generally is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices, and help us understand how the site is used. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them.
2. What we use — and what we don't
| Type | Purpose | Examples | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Running the site securely: secure sessions, remembering choices you make (e.g. cookie preferences) | Session and security cookies, local web storage | No consent needed (strictly necessary) |
| Analytics | Understanding how visitors use our public pages so we can improve them | Google Analytics | Only with your consent, via the cookie banner |
What we don't use:
- No advertising or marketing cookies. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no ad trackers — on any page.
- Nothing about your health is ever used for advertising, and no analytics follow you into the patient platform: inside the secure care environment we use only the cookies needed to run it.
[⚠️ Keep this table in sync with what the site actually sets. Currently: Google Analytics (G-77EL2ELKG7) on the public pages. A consent banner must gate analytics before launch — see NOTES.]
3. Your choices
- The cookie banner: on your first visit you can accept or decline non-necessary cookies, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link on the site.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Settings"). Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
- Withdraw consent: you can also withdraw consent to non-necessary cookies at any time by emailing hello@haviohealth.com.
4. Personal data
Where cookies involve personal data (such as online identifiers), our Privacy Policy applies — including your rights and how to exercise them.
5. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will announce them clearly on the site. The date at the top shows the current version.
